Get to Know Me as a Coach

Why I Became a Coach

Throughout my career in education that has spanned over 30 years, I have enjoyed working with teachers and administrators to build a strong foundation in instruction, assessment, and reporting that has a positive impact on student learning and supports effective communication with students and parents. Strong collaborative relationships in schools are essential in building a positive culture that nurtures students in their learning and in the pursuit of their dreams.

What to Expect from Me as a Coach

After many years of working in international and US schools as a teacher and an educational leader, coaching allows me to "give back" to what I have loved and poured my heart into: teaching kids and working with educators. I have the utmost respect for educators and know how complex teaching is. When I am coaching educators, I listen deeply and am eager to help educators to tap into their own wisdom to identify solutions.
