I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach because I want to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and friends. As a school counselor, I believe in authentic human connections and allowing trust and space in conversations. My strength Unconditionality allows me use a non-judgmental and compassionate solution-focused approach when facilitating coaching conversations. I focus on empowering people to tap into their inner resources and cultivate the mindset needed to achieve their goals.
