This distributed leadership team learned to kick off each new mini-project with a discussion of what each person can bring to the effort.
This enables those with strengths like Strategic Awareness, Innovation, and Planner to lead the first phase of the project, and then gives those with strengths like Resolver, Action, Drive, and Persistence the space to keep things moving forward.
Team members with strengths of Spotlight and Narrator share updates with stakeholders, and those with strengths such as Enabler and Catalyst then extend the initiative into their divisions, bringing in additional strengths and insights from teachers and staff members.
