I'm hearing from our Positivity Playground members around the world that they're getting settled into their vacation destinations or some new "staycation" routines. I love seeing photos and descriptions of how they're enjoying their summer days.
Personally, I'm enjoying every minute of family time at our cottage on Lake Michigan after missing our visit last summer due to COVID. We have more than 20 years of family memories here, and that history (and the deep quiet of the woods) really feeds our souls.
I'm being intentional about savoring each magical moment.

Positive emotions open our hearts and minds, making us more receptive and creative. They also transform us for the better by allowing us to discover and build new skills, new ties, new knowledge, and new ways of being.
