You'll be invited to reflect on moments of joy, connection, pride, or gratitude and transform them into a unique collage of images, words, and colors that represent what uplifts and sustains you.

This hands-on session is grounded in research showing that positive emotions help us expand our thinking, connect more deeply with others, and build lasting inner resources.
