I became a Positive Peer Coach because I believe people already have the ability to grow—they sometimes just need someone to help them uncover it.

As a coach, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to reflect. Rather than giving advice, I enjoy asking thoughtful questions that help others discover their own strengths, perspectives, and next steps. My hope is that every coaching conversation leaves people feeling more confident, connected, and able to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
