A Little Note from Kristin
We do a lot of different things here at Solros - leadership development, bespoke team coaching, organizational development consulting, ICF accredited coach education, facilitation materials development, and more. And woven through so much of our work is something I never get tired of:
I absolutely love helping people get unstuck.
Whether I’m coaching someone, facilitating a program or workshop, consulting with a team, or just having a conversation over a cup of coffee, I love when someone brings me something they’re trying to figure out. It even happens at conferences, where people will pull me aside and say, “Can I talk something through with you?”
I love getting curious about it with people, looking at it from different angles, and noticing what comes up. And this usually helps get things moving again, one way or another.
I’ve seen how helpful these kinds of conversations can be. Sometimes you’ve just got something going on or swirling around in your head, and you need to talk it through with someone who won’t judge you and can help you think.
So I thought...why not make it easy for anyone to book this kind of conversation?
Bring a decision you can’t quite make, a problem you keep going around in circles with, an idea you’re trying to get your head around, or just something you can’t quite see your way through.
That's really all a STUCK Call is: Bring the thing, and let’s see what we can do with it.
I’m happy to wear whatever hat might help - coach, consultant, facilitator, learning designer - or just offer another friendly brain to think alongside yours.
Maybe you’ll leave with a next step, a different question, or a new way of looking at the thing. Or maybe you’ll just feel a little less stuck.
A little less stuck is enough.
