Gary Kennedy

I chose to become a positive peer coach because I wanted to contribute to my community. I want to learn new models, methods and techniques to help those around me become who they are. Becoming a peer coach enables me to build on my love of coaching. In the UK, I was working in the NHS offering pastoral care and counselling. The underpinning ethics and morals of my coaching is what undergirds my life: authenticity; positive regard for the other; and a non-judgmental attitude.
