I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach because I enjoy supporting teachers and helping create a positive school culture. As a PLC Leader, I’ve realized that leadership is often less about having the right answers and more about becoming a better listener, being responsive to people’s needs, and taking time to reflect. I also believe that most people already have the answers inside of them and sometimes just need the right questions, support, or space to help unlock them.

When people work with me, I want them to know they will have someone who listens carefully, respects different perspectives, and wants conversations to feel supportive, honest, and useful.
