I bring creativity to coaching conversations, helping people explore new possibilities, while my leadership experience enables me to support growth, connection and positive change.

I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach because I believe in empowering others to navigate change, overcome challenges with self-compassion and forgiveness, and discover the confidence, resilience and capacity they already possess.
