I believe that what happens in our lives is not as important or impactful as how we handle it. Being able to move forward is a powerful feeling but it isn't always easy.

I chose to become a positive peer coach in the hopes of being able to support others in finding their paths forward as they make choices about how they will handle different aspects of their life and work.

I want people to know that conversations with me are safe spaces where they can feel comfortable and supported with anything that they are dealing with, including how they are dealing with it.
