I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach because I love to learn and it sounded like a wonderful opportunity to learn some applicable skills. I love how the course is based on Positive Psychology and I believe that I can support my colleagues' positivity and wellbeing through curiosity, empathy, and creating and holding space for positive conversations.
