I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach to help support others to envision pathways that support them in achieving their goals. I believe in the power of Positive Peer Coaching, where clients work with a focused and attentive coach to highlight strengths and resources within themselves to overcome obstacles. When people work with me they will get a coach who is well-organized and prepared and a good listener who views the clients as an expert in their own lives.
