I chose coaching because I see endless possibilities for people to unleash their strengths into the world. Internationally there is value on individual identities, people need to have a supportive network to navigate obstacles. Validation and empathy are missing in our daily interactions and I look forward to using them intentionally within the role. I bring energy and optimism to every conversation.
