I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach to make myself available to my colleagues in an official, formal way. I have always been there for them, providing to the best of my abilities, however I feel that as a Positive Peer Coach, I can better serve them as I will have more tools at my disposal.

Knowing my VIA strengths is great, as they are quite accurate. I want people to know that I am sincere, genuine and actually interested in helping them to find ways to improve their well-being.
