I became a Positive Peer Coach because I believe people thrive when they feel genuinely seen, heard and supported. Throughout my career in education and leadership, I have learned that strong relationships are at the heart of meaningful growth.

As a coach, I aim to create a safe, encouraging space where people can reflect, gain clarity and discover their own solutions with confidence. I value authenticity, curiosity and compassion, and I believe everyone has unique strengths waiting to be uncovered. More than anything, I want people to leave our conversations feeling empowered, valued and better equipped to achieve what matters most to them.
