About Me as a Coach
Experienced international school leader with nearly 30 years in education and 20 years as a Head of School across the UK, US, Thailand, Latvia, and now Sri Lanka. While no longer in the classroom, I remain passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
I wanted to participate in this program so that I could increase my ability to create reflective, non-judgmental spaces that empower individuals to lead with authenticity, clarity, and confidence. I have always believed in the power of curiosity, kindness, and strengths-based development—and I’m committed to supporting fellow educators and leaders on their growth journeys.
