Pauline O'Brien

Pauline O’Brien became a Positive Peer Coach because she believes people do their best thinking when they feel heard, respected, and supported without judgement. Working in international education, she recognises that many educators and leaders spend of their time caring for others while rarely pausing to reflect themselves.

Pauline brings a calm, thoughtful, and strengths based approach grounded in listening and genuine curiosity. She trusts that people often hold insight and capability they do not yet recognise and sometimes need space to hear themselves clearly. Her coaching style is supportive and purposeful, helping people gain clarity, perspective, and confidence.
