About Me as a Coach
I am a mother, wife, teacher, athlete, friend, and survivor with a passion for health and wellness. Through a supportive coaching approach, I hope to guide those I work with to become a little stronger, calmer, and more positive, each day. I know that sometimes life gives us lemons and I can support others to make lemonade, in any flavor that suits them.
