Through compassionate listening, targeted questioning, and collaborative planning, peer coaching empowers individuals to choose meaningful professional and personal goals and to take consistent, measurable action toward achieving them. I celebrate each milestone with my clients and remain committed to fostering growth, resilience, and positive change.
