I chose to become a Positive Peer Coach to connect with others. In a busy work environment, it is easy to forget to take care of ourselves and others. The pandemic has highlighted the necessity for human connection. Positive Peer Coaching is a way in which we can develop relationships and facilitate well-being, which is something I am passionate about. Being a curious, open-minded, and empathetic listener by nature ensures I can offer a positive experience and a safe space for colleagues.
