Valerie Hoglan

I chose to become a positive peer coach because I love learning and am interested in positive psychology. As a school counsellor, I am a believer in helping others find their strengths and staying solution focused. As a coach, I provide a safe validating environment for the coachee with excellent listening skills, helping create self awareness, and strength building. My strengths of kindness, wisdom gained through life and a love of learning, and social intelligence are assets in peer coaching.
