This ICF Preparation and Practicum course is offered exclusively for graduates of the Solros Positive Peer Coach Training Program. People who complete this course will have fulfilled the Training, Group/Individual Mentoring, and Performance Evaluation requirements for ICF ACC certification.
How Will You Learn in This Program?
This is a practicum course which will help you keep growing as a coaching professional through intensive coaching practice and ongoing feedback from your coaching conversation partners, peers in your cohort, and ICF-certified Mentor Coaches.
We will continue working with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics as our standards, and we'll use the ICF ACC Minimum Skills Requirements as our benchmarks for this program.
We will not be introducing additional content or self-paced learning modules as you have already covered the essentials in our Positive Peer Coach Training Program. The focus of this program is on building your skills, confidence, and impact as a coach.

We will be learning-by-doing through a combination of...

Group Mentoring sessions with coaching practice and self/peer/mentor feedback

-
Question/Response discussions with your facilitator
