"I was hoping to grow in confidence as a coach through this course, and this happened. A highlight of this course was the community that was built between all the participants in the group mentoring sessions.
The discussions and feedback throughout were brilliant. Observing others coach was really valuable, and the feedback from the group was also important.
For those who are looking to continue their coaching journey, I would say that this program creates a supportive and safe environment to do so. The resources helped develop a deeper understanding of coaching moves and mindsets which led to an increase in confidence.

"The course well exceeded my expectations! Before starting the Practicum, I was hoping to deepen my knowledge about and around coaching while gaining extra practice. The learning I have done in the Practicum was invaluable.
What I cherish most is our close-knit cohort which turned into such a wonderful small circle of coaching friends. I learned so much from everyone's approach, and the discussions about the selected book were so enriching.
It was my first time working with clients long-term, and I found the structure of the packages very helpful. It's a very different exercise to be able to pull from previous sessions, as part of one coaching arch so to speak, rather than isolated laser-coaching sessions.
I felt safe, seen and motivated throughout this journey. Kristin creates such a positive atmosphere, and trust was very easy to develop. I always appreciate feedback and reflection. Taking the time to do so and having a place to ask questions and voice potential insecurities is wonderful. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
I would 100% recommend this program to anyone who is considering joining. I would of course make them aware of the time commitment and energy coaching takes, but if they can make the room and dedication for it, I'd tell them not to hesitate and dive in!”
